Co-President -  Mrs Heidi Baheri, founded Progressive Mortgages in  2004, and has grown the business from 3 trained and licensed mortgage specialists to over 20 today. As Co-President of Progressive Mortgages, she has earned industry recognition by achieving Masters Club Membership 2003 on, Elite Club Membership 2004, President's Club Membership 2005, 2006,  and Top Supporter 2006 (BMO)
Prior to founding Progressive Mortgages, Mrs Baheri had worked as a mortgage specialist for over 15 years.

Co-President and Broker of Record - Eddie Rahnama - Mr Rahnama's deep connections in real estate, finance, and banking in the GTA make him a crucial part of the Progressive Mortgages team. Mr Rahnama also manages over 40 licensed real estate agents.

Arash Doulatshahi, General Manager, is responsible for strategic business development and corporate growth. He looks after recruiting, marketing, channel development and special projects. He started with us as an agent 6 years ago and has grown Progressive Mortgages from our beginnings of a 3 person operation to the 25 person dynamic brokerage we are today.
