Junior Loan Officer

Progressive Mortgages is searching for a qualified junior loan Officer to add to our team.

As a Junior Loan Officer you will apply the policies and procedures of Progressive Mortgage in order to ensure that the client's borrowing needs are met. You will act as the client advocate internally working with a team of professionals committed to excellent customer service and best possible customer outcomes. You will work directly with your own clients to ensure their needs are met at every stage of the process.

Leadership

Self Motivation

A background in Finance or Real Estate is a plus.

Education:

Licensed as a Mortgage Broker or as a Mortgage Agent in the province of Ontario

Experience :

    * Proven sales track record preferably in the Financial or Real Estate industry
    * 2 years of experience being a Mortgage Specialist/Agent
    * Customer service
    * Proven relationship building skills
    * Strong computer skills will be an asset

Personal Skills:

    * Excellent presentation and organizational skills
    * Business Acumen
    * Self-starter with proven initiative and ability to work with little or no supervision
    * Strong work ethic
    * Networking, prospecting, and asking your clients for referrals is critical to success
    * Ability to build trust and to maintain long-term client relationships

Compensation (income potential):

Junior: $40000/yr - no maximum

Senior: $60000/yr - no maximum
